Three things describe almost everyone here, and they’re worth knowing before you apply.

High agency.
Most of what you’ll work on is ambiguous. You get the context and the aim, and then it’s yours. We align weekly on where we’re heading rather than daily on what you’re doing. That’s a lot of trust to hand someone in their first month, and we hand it over anyway. We wouldn’t have hired you otherwise.

High intensity.
The market sets the pace here. People ship on a timeline that would be uncomfortable at most companies, and the work doesn’t always stay inside business hours. What makes that workable is who you’re doing it with. People here are quick to help and kind to each other under real pressure, which is rarer than it should be. Dinner is on the table, and nobody is doing any of it alone.

Everyone here is motivated by the thing itself. People turned down easier jobs to work on this. It’s what we look for hardest, because caring about the outcome is what makes the hard stretches feel worth doing.
